Place the cooling pack horizontally in the freezer for at least 8 hours to keep food cold for up to 5 hours at room temperature. Of course, the lunch box can also be used without a cooling block. Then click it into the lid and the lunch will stay cold, fresh and tasty! N’ice Box is BPA- and lead free. The food containers are microwave- and dishwasher-safe (upper rack). Do not use the cooling pack in a microwave.
