How do I place an order?
You can place an order in 5 simple steps.
1. Make your choice from our wide selection of items.
2. Place the desired items in your shopping cart
3. Click on checkout and choose the appropriate "account option".
4. Depending on the chosen option, enter your name and address, and click on continue.
5. Select the payment method and complete the order.
Submitting your name, address and the payment details is done via a secure SSL connection, so that your data is encrypted and protected at all times.
How soon will I receive my order?
When your order and payment are completed on a weekday before 13:00, the package will be shipped the same day. Orders placed and paid on the weekends, i.e. Friday after 13:00, Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped on the Monday.

When you have completed your order on the webshop, you will receive an email confirming your order. We will then ensure that your order is packed with care so that it can be transported safely. When we have processed your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code that you can use to track your order via PostNL.
Note: In the Netherlands and large parts of Belgium, mail is delivered on Saturdays. This differs in certain parts of Belgium. If you normally don't receive mail on Saturdays then that will unfortunately also apply to your parcel from Tiny Giggles.

We ship to all EU countries through our website. The countries we ship to are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
What are the shipping costs?
All of our parcels are shipped through PostNL
NETHERLANDS - Orders from € 49,- will be delivered to your home free of charge. Below this amount, the shipping costs are € 4.90.
BELGIUM / GERMANY - Orders from € 69,- will be delivered to your home free of charge. Below this amount, the shipping costs are € 6.90.
FOR ALL EU OTHER COUNTRIES - Orders from € 250,- will be delivered to your home free of charge. Below this amount, the shipping costs can be seen when selecting the country during checkout.
