Returns & Exchanges

Want to return or exchange an item? No worries! Simply let us know within 14 days of receiving the items. After that, you have another 14 days to return the item to us. The cost of returning the items is at your own expense. Please keep the shipping receipt, as we are not liable for lost packages.


HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

1. Send an e-mail to info@tinygiggles.nl and include your order number.
2. Fill out the return form on the back of your packing slip and add it to your package.
3. Pack the items in their original condition and, if possible, in the original packaging.
4. Send the parcel with the postage fully paid at a PostNL dropoff point or another local carrier such as Bpost to:

Please note: Returns from Belgium or Germany will have a higher cost because it will be an international shipment.

5. Exchange: Once we have received your package, we will send the replacement item to you free of charge.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED ITEM
Please contact us immediately within 3 working days after receiving the item.


RETURN CONDITIONS

• You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your items without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to return your product.
• Send the items back complete (including all parts belonging to the item), in its original condition and, if possible, in its original packaging together with a completed return form.
• If you return the items under the above conditions, the purchase price including the outward shipping costs will be refunded to your account within 5 business days after notification of your return.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Returns are at your own risk.
