The TOG value indicates the insulation value of the blanket. The higher the TOG value, the warmer the material. For the colder months, we recommend a TOG value between 2 -3. During warm, breezy days a TOG value of 1 is sufficient. Also consider a baby blanket with 2 or 3 layers to keep your child at the right temperature in the spring / autumn and winter. If used in a crib or cot, you can fold the sheet around the blanket at the top. This doesn't just look good, it also means that you won't have to wash the blanket as often.
