Look mainly at your child's height and age. A bathrobe can be a little roomy so your child can grow into it, but too long is impractical and can lead to tripping. If your child is between two sizes and mainly wears the bathrobe at home, choose the larger size and roll up the sleeves for a while. For a toddler who walks around, a bathrobe that falls just above the ankles is most comfortable.
