Maintenance instructions

  • To disassemble and reassemble your bottle for cleaning and maintenancewatch the instructional video for the insulated water bottle
  • To effectively clean your water bottle, remove the silicone straw cap and straw stem and wash them with warm soapy water. For a thorough cleaning of the straw and mouthpiece, we recommend a cleaning brush set. Allow your straw and other parts to dry completely before reassembling them.

Is your insulated water bottle leaking?

  • Your insulated water bottle is only leak-proof when the cap is closed; the straw itself is not leak-proof. It will leak if the lid remains open and the bottle is tilted sideways or upside down.
  • If it seems to be leaking when the lid is closed, try closing the lid slowly to ensure that the groove in the lid aligns with the straw. It's also a good time to check if your straw is properly connected and positioned.
  • Always ensure that the top of the straw is fully pulled through until it 'clicks' into place and that the disc of the straw that is under the lid is pressed firmly in place.

Orders placed on weekdays before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM and on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
