At Tiny Giggles you build your own travel set, with a suitcase, a backpack, a lunch box, a water bottle and more. The more items you choose, the bigger the discount: up to 15%. You choose from a set for a girl, a boy or unisex. Below you can read how building a set works, what you can choose and how the discount works.
How to build a travel set
- Choose the set: Travel Set XL Girl, XL Boy or XL Unisex.
- Choose the items: all items are optional. You decide what goes in.

- Weekend away: trolley backpack and water bottle. Light and compact, one bag for everything.
- Day out: backpack, lunch box and water bottle. Everything for a day at the zoo or theme park.
- Sleepover: suitcase with a snack box and gift wrapping, as a surprise for the first sleepover.
Choosing the suitcase or trolley backpack
A suitcase is great for clothes and bigger things. Young children often love pulling their own suitcase, just like mum and dad. A trolley backpack is handy if your child sometimes wants to pull and sometimes wants to carry, for example on stairs or on the train. Choose a size that suits their age: a preschooler pulls a compact suitcase more easily. When flying, always check your airline's hand luggage rules.
Which travel set suits which age?
- Toddlers (2 to 4 years): a compact suitcase or trolley backpack, a small water bottle and a snack box. Toddlers mainly love pulling something themselves.
- Preschoolers (4 to 6 years): a suitcase with a backpack, a lunch box and a water bottle. At this age your child already likes to help pack.
- School children: a roomier suitcase and a backpack that can also go to school. That way you use the travel set all year round.
Choose a theme
It's extra fun when everything matches. Choose a theme your child loves, for example a favourite character, animals or one colour. Combine the suitcase with a backpack, lunch box and water bottle in the same style. That way your child recognises their own things straight away, even at a busy airport or station.
Packing with your child
Let your child help pack. Make a list together: clothes, pyjamas, toothbrush, cuddly toy, a book and something to play with. The backpack holds the things for the journey, such as the water bottle, the snack box and something to pass the time. That way your child learns to take responsibility for their own things and has everything at hand on the way. Put toiletries in a separate toiletry bag.
Tips for the journey
A long journey with children goes more smoothly with good preparation. Make sure the water bottle is filled and there are a few snacks in the snack box. Put something new in the backpack, such as a small book or colouring page, that your child may only open on the way. On long car journeys, plan regular breaks, and let your child carry their own backpack to the car or plane. That way the holiday starts at departure.
A travel set as a gift
A complete travel set is a wonderful gift for a birthday, the holidays or the first big trip. Choose gift wrapping and a card with a personal message, and we'll wrap everything festively for you. Looking for another put-together gift? Then take a look at create a gift box or create a school kit for the new school year.
Tip: add a name
Hang a name tag on the suitcase and backpack, with your child's name and a phone number. Put the name on the lunch box and water bottle too. That way nothing gets lost, at the airport, on the train or at the campsite.
More for on the go
Everything for travelling with children is under travel and on the go. There you'll also find handy things for the littlest ones, such as car toys and things for a day out.
