Returns

Do you want to return or exchange an item? Let us know within 14 days of receipt. After this, you have another 14 days to send your item back. The cost of returning the item is at your own expense. Please keep the shipping receipt, as we are not responsible for lost packages. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, not worn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging


HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

  1. Send an email to info@tinygiggles.nl regarding your order number.
  2. Fill in the return form on the back of your packing slip and include it in your package.
  3. Pack the items in their original condition and, if reasonably possible, in the unsealed and unmarked original packaging.
  4. Send the package sufficiently stamped at a PostNL point or another local carrier such as Bpost to:

Note: Are you returning your package from Belgium or Germany? Then the return costs may be higher because the shipment is considered an international shipment.

ITEM DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM DELIVERED
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately no later than 3 working days after receipt if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Then we can evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.


RETURN CONDITIONS
  • You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
  • Return the item complete (including all accompanying items with the item) in its original condition and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging along with a fully completed return form.
  • When we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified. Upon approval, you will automatically be refunded within five business days via the original payment method.
  • The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility. Returns are at your own risk.
