Bamboom is an Italian brand, founded in 2012 by Pascalle de Jongh, a Dutch woman who has lived in Italy since 2001. The brand combines Italian and Dutch design with Italian quality and makes textiles and accessories for the early childhood years. Bamboom takes great care with its fabrics and production. The Bamboom head bumper is about 30 x 190 x 4 cm, with a cotton outer side and a bamboo polyester inner side. It comes in the black-and-white prints Eucalyptus and Magnolia and matches the fitted sheets and sheets with the same print. Please note: safe sleep guidelines advise letting a baby sleep in an empty cot in the first year, without a head bumper or cot bumpers. So don't use it in the cot while your baby is sleeping, but as decoration in the room or for when your little one is awake and you are there. According to the label, it must not go in the tumble dryer.

Put your baby to sleep on their back, on a firm mattress that fits well, with a snug fitted sheet. A baby sleeping bag is the safest choice for a baby. If you use a sheet and blanket, tuck them in well so they cannot slide over your baby's head, and place your baby with their feet at the foot of the cot. Only use a pillow once your child is older; until then, keep the pillowcase with the rest of the set. Keep the cot otherwise empty and the bedroom not too warm.
The fitted sheets are machine washable and must not go in the tumble dryer. Bamboo can shrink 3 to 5% after washing, more than cotton. So gently shake out the textiles straight after washing and let them air dry. Always follow the care label. Wash new bedding before first use, and ideally keep a spare set ready.
