At Tiny Giggles you'll find cheerful sets of 5 pairs with characters from Disney, Marvel, Paw Patrol and Baby Shark. There are sizes for babies from 0 years up to children of 6. All sets have the same fabric blend with a little elastane, so they stay in place. Below you can read which set suits which age and how best to wash them.
The sets come in two age groups. If in doubt, look at your child's shoe size.
For babies and young toddlers (Baby Shark, Minnie Mouse and Paw Patrol Boys):

Is your child between two sizes? Choose the larger one, because children's feet grow fast.
If in doubt, measure your child's foot: place the heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe.
All sets are made of 65% cotton, 33% polyester and 2% elastane. The cotton feels soft, the polyester makes the fabric stronger and the elastane makes the cuff close nicely around the ankle.
Hang them on a rack to dry after washing. Wash them inside out and the prints stay nice for longer. Put small sizes in a laundry bag so none go missing in the machine.
Young children get through their supply fast. They play outside, spill at mealtimes and love walking around the house in their socks. With a set of 5 pairs you have enough for a whole week, and there's always a clean pair in the drawer. Handy for the daycare bag too: pop a spare pair in.
For a toddler, count on about two pairs a day: one for daytime and a spare pair for when something gets wet or dirty. For a week that comes to around ten to fourteen pairs. Two sets of 5 pairs plus a few single pairs is a good basis. Babies do lose their socks now and then, so an extra set is no luxury.
Especially before babies can walk, their feet often feel cool. A pair of socks under a babygrow or in the pram keeps them comfortable. Check now and then that the cuff isn't too tight and that there are no loose threads inside the sock. A cheerful character makes dressing a little more fun. Toddlers and preschoolers often want to choose what they wear. With Spider-Man, Frozen or Paw Patrol on their feet, getting dressed is no longer a battle. Let your child pick a pair every morning; that way they practise putting on socks by themselves too.
On a smooth floor, socks slip easily. For indoors, slippers are a safe addition. When your child goes outside, combine the socks with suitable shoes. When buying new shoes, it's smart to try them on with the socks your child wears most.
Little feet love kicking socks off. A few tips: choose the right size, because a sock that's too big slips down faster. Pull the heel into place so the sock doesn't twist. And with babies, pull trousers or a babygrow over the cuff; that helps the sock stay on.
With seven different sets, it's handy to store the socks by size. Put pairs together straight after washing or roll them into each other. That way your child finds a matching pair in the morning, and you can see at a glance when a size is getting too small.
Children often outgrow their socks before they wear out. Wash them well and pass them on to a brother, sister or friend. That way they last even longer.
