Harry Potter

For little wizards who want to take a bit of magic to school every day: at Tiny Giggles you'll find Harry Potter school supplies that show your child belongs at Hogwarts. There's a 3D backpack with a light and two pencil cases in Gryffindor colours. They're sturdy, recognisable and handy for every school day. Below you can read what each product offers and how to combine them into a complete school set.

Harry Potter 3D backpack with light

The Harry Potter 3D backpack stands out straight away. The front has a 3D design, and when your child touches the front, a light switches on. A magical effect children never tire of. The backpack is blue and red and measures 31 x 25 x 10 cm.

• Material: 67% polyester and 33% EVA, which keeps the 3D shape sturdy.
• Zipped main compartment: room for a lunchbox, a book and a pencil case.
• Water bottle pocket on the side: so the drink bottle is always within reach.
• Adjustable shoulder straps and a loop at the top for hanging the bag up.

Gryffindor pencil cases

For true Gryffindors there are two pencil cases in dark red, made of 100% PU:

• Harry Potter Gryffindor Pencil Case: a compact case of 20.5 x 8 x 7.5 cm, with enough room for all school supplies.
• Harry Potter Gryffindor Pencil Case Large: a flat pencil case of 22.5 x 15.5 x 0.5 cm that slips easily between exercise books in the bag.

PU has a smooth, leather-like look and wipes clean easily with a damp cloth. More cases are under pencil cases.

A complete Harry Potter school set

With the backpack and a pencil case, your child already has the basics for school. Complete the set with:

• a lunchbox from lunchboxes;
• a drink bottle from water bottles, which fits the side pocket of the backpack;
• other items from school supplies.

Put together a school kit and you get a discount: 5% on 2 items, 10% on 3 and 15% on 4 or more.

For which age?

The Harry Potter backpack is a handy size for primary school children. Children who read the books or watch the films are often the most enthusiastic. But younger brothers and sisters often love the 3D backpack with light too. Adjust the shoulder straps so the backpack sits high on the back; that's easiest for your child to carry.

Why Gryffindor?

In the Harry Potter stories, Harry belongs to Gryffindor, the house known for courage and friendship. Gryffindor red is instantly recognisable to many fans. With a Gryffindor pencil case your child shows which team they're on, even if it's just pencils and pens inside.

Tips for daily use

• Pack the backpack in the evening so the morning starts calmly.
• Write your child's name in the backpack and pencil case so they don't get lost.
• After school, take out the lunchbox and empty wrappers.
• Check now and then that the zip runs smoothly and all pens still write.

Harry Potter school supplies for every day

School supplies are used every day, so they need to take a knock. The EVA backpack keeps its 3D shape, even when full of books. The PU pencil cases wipe clean easily if a pen leaks. And because the Harry Potter school supplies match, the school bag looks neat straight away.

Packing the backpack smart

1. Put heavy items, such as books and a lunchbox, at the bottom and close to the back.
2. Stand the drink bottle upright in the side pocket so it doesn't leak.
3. Put the pencil case on top so your child can grab it quickly in class.
4. Check that the zip is fully closed before your child leaves.

Keep the backpack as light as possible and only pack what's needed.

From book to school bag

Many children discover Harry Potter through the books. A Harry Potter backpack can be a fun motivation to start reading: put a reading book in the backpack and read a chapter together before bed. That way the school bag becomes an extension of the story.

Care

Wipe the backpack clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, and let it dry open. Be careful with the 3D front: dab marks away rather than scrubbing, so the design and light effect stay nice. Wipe the PU pencil cases with a damp cloth. Don't leave wet things in the backpack.

More heroes and characters

Does your child love other heroes too? Then see the Marvel backpacks or the Naruto pencil cases. All bags are under backpacks and school bags, and everything for the new school year under school.

A magical gift

A Harry Potter backpack or pencil case is a gift fans love. Perfect for a birthday or the start of the school year. Combine the backpack with a pencil case for an extra complete gift. More ideas are under gifts.

Tip: let your child unpack and set up the backpack and pencil case together with you. Which pens go in the case, where does the bottle go? That way everything feels familiar on the first school day.
