The night light automatically turns off after about 60 minutes to save energy and operates on 3 x LR44 batteries which are included. The lifespan of these batteries is approximately 18 hours, after which the light will become less bright. The LED light does not get warm at all and is 100% child-friendly. The Owl night light is made of 100% PVC. BPA & phthalate free and CE certified. Packaged in a beautiful matching box.
