We ship via our website to all EU countries. The countries we ship to are Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, and Sweden.

When your order and payment are completed on weekdays before 1:00 PM, the package will be shipped the same day. Orders placed and paid for on the weekend, Friday after 1:00 PM, Saturday, and Sunday, will be shipped on Monday.

When you have completed your order in the webshop, you will receive an email confirming the order. We will then ensure that your order is packaged with care and love so that it can be transported safely. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email with which you can track your order through PostNL.

Note: in the Netherlands and large parts of Belgium, mail is delivered on Saturday. Especially in certain parts of Belgium, this may differ. Do you normally never receive mail on Saturday? Then unfortunately this will also apply to your package from Tiny Giggles.

NETHERLANDS - Orders over € 49,- are delivered free of charge. Below that, the shipping costs are € 4.90.
BELGIUM / GERMANY - Orders over € 69,- are delivered free of charge. Below that, the shipping costs are € 6.90.

FOR ALL OTHER EU COUNTRIES - Orders over € 250,- are delivered free of charge. Below that, the shipping costs can be seen when selecting the country at checkout.

You will receive a Track & Trace code from us via email. With this, you can track the package.

PostNL aims to deliver your order on the specified delivery date and time. However, it may sometimes happen that the delivery date is deviated from. At the time of shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a PostNL Track & Trace code, which allows you to easily track your order. If you are not at home when your order is delivered, you will receive an email with the pickup location of your package, which can also be found via the Track & Trace link. If the Track & Trace link indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received a package, please report this as soon as possible to our customer service. We will immediately start an investigation into your package, as we understand how frustrating it can be if something goes wrong during the delivery of your order.
