Looking for a kids suitcase for the holidays? At Tiny Giggles you will find cheerful kids' trolley cases with favourite characters such as Bluey, Sonic, Paw Patrol, Spider-Man from Marvel and Minnie Mouse from Disney, and lovely designs from Kidzroom. With their own suitcase, children proudly pull their things through the station or the airport, and the trip starts at the front door.
Children love having their own suitcase, just like mum and dad. A kids suitcase makes them independent: they pack their own cuddly toy, books and toys and are responsible for them. It also saves room in your own luggage. And because your child can pull their own trolley, the walk to the gate or platform becomes a lot more fun.
Kids luggage is also handy for a sleepover at grandma and grandpa's, a weekend away or a school trip. So you get to enjoy it all year round, not just during the summer holidays.
Choose a kids suitcase that suits your child's height. Most trolleys in our collection measure about 42 x 32 x 11 cm, a handy size for toddlers and young school children. For older children there are bigger models of 47 to 49 cm high, such as the Bluey and Sonic Made To Roll trolleys and the Kidzroom Loving Days. The bigger the suitcase, the more fits in, but the heavier it gets when full.
A kids suitcase often travels as hand luggage. Our trolleys are compact, but cabin luggage rules differ per airline. So always check the allowed size and weight with your airline before you leave. Tip: pack something for the flight in the trolley, such as a book, colouring pages, a cuddly toy and a snack.
The kids' trolleys in our collection are made of sturdy polyester and have a roomy zipped main compartment. A loop at the top makes it easy to lift the trolley, for example on stairs or in the train. Polyester is lightweight, so your child can carry the trolley when it cannot roll for a moment.
Besides classic kids' suitcases, we also stock trolley backpacks: a backpack on wheels. You pull it like a trolley bag for kids, but it can also be worn on the back, for example on a bumpy path or on the bus. The Sonic Prime and Spider-Man Great Escapes trolley backpacks are compact and light at 32 x 26 x 11 cm, ideal as a mini suitcase for kids or as an extra bag next to a bigger case.
Children like to choose a suitcase with their favourite character. At Tiny Giggles you will find, among others:
So every boy and girl can find a kids suitcase featuring their favourite hero. Combine it with a backpack in the same theme, and your child is all set to go.
Travelling with kids is easiest with a little preparation. Plan breaks on a long car journey, bring enough drinks and snacks and keep a spare set of clothes within reach. At the airport it helps if your child pulls their own kids suitcase: they stay involved and get less bored in the queue. Agree on what goes into the trolley, so there is still room for souvenirs on the way back.
A kids suitcase makes a great gift for a birthday, for Christmas or just before the summer holidays. Children use it straight away and look forward to their first trip. Combine the trolley with a matching backpack or toiletry bag for a complete travel gift, and have it gift-wrapped with our wrapping service.
Want to sort everything out in one go? Put together your own travel set with a trolley, backpack, water bottle and lunch box that match. There is also a kids suitcase set. More for travelling, such as toiletry bags and backpacks, can be found in our travel collection, and for school and days out in our backpacks and school bags.
A kids suitcase is suitable as soon as your child can pull something along, usually from around three. For toddlers, a compact trolley or trolley backpack works best; older children can manage a bigger suitcase.
Often it can, but the rules differ per airline. Check the allowed size and weight before your trip. You will find the dimensions of each trolley on the product page.
The trolleys in our collection are about 41 to 49 cm high. The trolley backpacks are smaller, about 32 cm.
Wipe the outside with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, and let the trolley dry open before packing it again. Store it in a dry place after the holiday, and it is ready for the next trip.
