Super fast, cool and always ready for adventure: with a Sonic bag, your child heads off to school or on a trip happily every day. At Tiny Giggles you will find a Sonic backpack for preschoolers, a trolley backpack and trolley suitcases featuring the famous blue hedgehog, so your little speedster can take everything along themselves.
Sonic the Hedgehog is a blue hedgehog who can run incredibly fast. He became famous through the video games and is now also the hero of films and series. Sonic stands for adventure, friendship and, of course, speed. He races through colourful worlds, collects golden rings and takes on villains. Many children are fans of his energy and humour. With a bag featuring their favourite hero, they walk into the playground a little more confidently.
The blue hedgehog is rarely alone. His best friend Tails, a two-tailed fox who can fly, helps him on every adventure, and the strong Knuckles often joins in too. Together they take on the clever Dr. Eggman. The stories are about friendship, perseverance and helping each other, and that appeals to children. After school they love to act out the adventures, running across the playground or around the garden. With their hero on their bag, they carry a bit of that excitement with them every day.
The Sonic backpacks are suitable from 3 years and made of 100% polyester. They have adjustable shoulder straps and a loop at the top, so you can easily hang the bag on a coat hook. A great size for nursery, playgroup or preschool.
The Fluffy Friends Backpack measures about 32 x 26 x 11 cm and holds 9.15 litres. There is one roomy main compartment, big enough for a lunch box, a drinking bottle and a set of spare clothes.
The Still Unstoppable Backpack measures about 30 x 25 x 11 cm and holds 8.25 litres. As well as the main compartment there is a front pocket, handy for small things like a tissue or a keyring.
The Supreme Power Backpack also measures about 30 x 25 x 11 cm, with a main compartment and a water bottle pocket on the side. That way your child always has a drink to hand.
For children who want to bring their own things, there are the Sonic trolleys. All made of 100% polyester, with a zipped main compartment and a loop at the top.
A backpack is light, handy and fits anywhere. Your child carries it on their back and has their hands free, ideal for the daily trip to school or nursery. A trolley is great when more needs to come along, for example for a sleepover or on holiday. Children often love pulling their own suitcase, just like mum and dad. It also teaches them to look after their own things. That is why many families have both: a backpack for every day and a trolley for travelling.
A backpack should suit your child's height: no wider than the shoulders and no lower than the hips. Adjust the shoulder straps so the backpack sits high and close to the back. Only pack what is needed and put heavy items, such as the lunch box, closest to the back. Put your child's name in the bag, because there are often several bags with the same hero on the coat hooks at school. That way the bag is comfortable and doesn't get lost.
Is your child going on a sleepover or on holiday? Let them pack the trolley themselves with pyjamas, a cuddly toy and favourite toys. That makes your child feel big and independent, and they know exactly what is inside. Do set out the important things yourself, so nothing gets forgotten. You will find more for on the go under travel, and all trolleys for boys under boys' kids' trolleys.
Complete the school kit with a lunch box, a water bottle and a lunch bag. For older children, a pencil case is handy. You will find everything for the school day under school, and more backpacks under backpacks and school bags.
Empty the bag completely now and then, so no crumbs or old sandwiches are left behind. Wipe away stains with a damp cloth and a little mild soapy water, and let the bag dry open. That keeps the hedgehog nice and blue and makes the bag last longer.
A backpack or trolley featuring the blue hero makes a fun present for a birthday, Christmas or the first day of school. Combine a backpack with a trolley for a complete set, and have the present wrapped with our gift-wrapping service. Prefer a different hero? Then also take a look at our bags from Paw Patrol or Spider-Man.
