Furnishing safely
- Empty cot: in the first year, no pillow, duvet, bumper or loose items belong in the cot. Use decorative cushions on a chair, sofa or in the reading corner.
- Garlands out of reach: never hang garlands and cords above or next to the cot, but somewhere your child cannot reach them.
- Cables and batteries: keep night light cables away from the cot and store batteries out of reach.
