Tiny Giggles Essentials is our own brand: a collection of practical basics for babies and toddlers that we put together ourselves. You'll find baby shoes such as ballerinas, sneakers and slip-ons, soft baby blankets, bandana bibs, silicone bibs, pacifier clips and corner protectors. All products you use every day, in cheerful colours and sweet prints. Below you can read what's in the collection and what to look out for.
Baby shoes
The largest group in the Tiny Giggles Essentials collection is the baby shoes:
- Ballerinas with hearts: with a Vibram outsole, a PU leather upper, a cotton insole and Velcro. Decorated with small embroidered hearts and a bow, in aqua, beige, gold, red, pink, silver and white.
- Ballerinas and shoes with a flower: in cotton with a non-slip sole and Velcro, including beige with a pink or red flower, grey, red, pink and white with a yellow flower.
- Sneakers: white with gold, silver or black stripes, with Vibram sole and PU leather, size 3-6 months.
- Slip-ons and plimsolls: in cotton with a non-slip sole, in beige and blue with Velcro, or pink and white with a flower print.
See them by type under ballerinas, sneakers and slip-ons, or all models under shoes.
Baby blankets
The Tiny Giggles Essentials baby blankets measure 75 x 100 cm and are suitable from birth. There are two types:
- Baby blanket with dots: polyester, with soft raised dots on one side, in grey, pink and white. Washable at 30°C.
- Soft baby blanket: with a coral fleece inside, in aqua with white circles, pink with white whales, white with stars and a blue inside, and white with grey stars. Washable at 40°C.
In the first year, only use a blanket under supervision, for example in the pram or on the play mat, and not loose in the cot. At night a sleeping bag is the safest choice. More blankets are under baby blankets.
Bibs
- Bandana bibs: 100% cotton, suitable from 6 months, in sets of 2 or 3: Flowers and Dots, Blue n Bold, Rabbits and Feathers, Pink n Pretty and Stars and Trees. Washable at 30°C.
- Silicone bibs: from 6 months to 3 years, free from BPA and PVC, with an adjustable neckband. In green with a cow, orange with a squirrel or elephants, pink with elephants, and the High Tea and Lady designs. Easy to rinse under the tap; High Tea and Lady can also go in the dishwasher.
More are under bandana bibs and bibs.
Pacifier clips
With a pacifier clip, the dummy doesn't get lost so easily. There are clips with wooden and silicone beads and a wooden clip (30 cm, in aqua and pink), and nylon clips with a plastic clip and adjustable snaps (about 28 cm), with prints such as dinosaurs, flamingos, dots, a nautical theme, a herringbone pattern, a moustache or the text "I love mama en papa". See all models under pacifier clips.
Corner protectors
As soon as your little one starts crawling and standing, sharp table corners are a risk. The transparent corner protectors in soft plastic (4 pieces, 4 x 4 x 1.5 cm) stick onto the corner of a table or cabinet with the included double-sided tape. More products for a safe home are under safety.
Safe use
A few important points when using these products:
- Only use bibs and pacifier clips while your child is awake and supervised, and remove them before sleep.
- In the first year, put nothing loose in the cot: no blanket, pillow or cuddly toy. A sleeping bag keeps your baby warm.
- Check pacifier clips and bibs regularly for damage and replace them if anything is loose.
The right size of baby shoes
Baby feet grow fast, so always measure before ordering. Place the foot on a sheet of paper, mark the heel and the longest toe and measure the distance. Compare it with the inner length of the shoe, such as 11 cm for 3-6 months and 12 cm for 6-12 months. Leave a little room for the toes, but don't choose too big, or the shoe slips off. The Velcro helps adjust the shoes to the right fit.
Combining into a set
Because all products come from the same collection, they're easy to combine. Choose, for example, pink ballerinas with hearts, a Pink n Pretty set of bandana bibs and a pacifier clip with flamingos. Or go for a cool set with white sneakers with black stripes, a Blue n Bold set of bibs and a pacifier clip with dinosaurs. That way you have an outfit that matches perfectly, or a baby gift that looks well put together.
Lovely baby gifts
Many products from the Tiny Giggles Essentials collection are ideal as a baby gift: a pair of tiny ballerinas or sneakers, a set of bandana bibs or a soft blanket for the pram. Combine a few items into a complete gift. More ideas are under gifts up to 25 euros and in the gifts collection.
Washing and care
Always follow the care label: the bandana bibs and the dotted baby blankets at 30°C, the soft baby blankets at 40°C, and dry blankets flat. Rinse silicone bibs under the tap. Wipe shoes clean with a damp cloth.
More small extras
Other handy everyday items are under accessories.
Tip: the soft baby blankets are also handy as a play mat on the grass or on grandma's sofa. Keep one in the changing bag, and your little one has a familiar spot to lie and play anywhere, always with you nearby.
